A bittersweet, sensitive adult story about love and choice and consequence. Alex (Patrick Bruel), a 40-year-old restaurateur, is planning marriage and a family with Claire (Geraldine Pailhas) when he bumps into his first love, Jeanne (Nathalie Baye). They’ve not seen each other for 12 years. More than a decade older than Alex, Jeanne was married and had a son at the time of their affair. She left Alex without a word. He has never truly gotten over Jeanne and their passion for each other flares up sending both into an emotional tailspin. “there are no histrionics -- only human displays of joy, doubt and disarray. Klifa, who covered film for 11 years at Studio Magazine, elicits fine performances from his attractive cast.”- Variety
