The Last Villains is the fantastic and sometimes wacky story of wrestlers in the Vachon family as their only survivor, Paul "the Butcher" Vachon remembers. The old man's stories are paralleled with his unusual present, while at 80, with his wife Dee, he still wanders from fair to festival to sell the books he wrote and to relive the fabulous time when he and his big brother "Mad Dog" were kings and masters of the arena. This fiction-like documentary is an ode to freedom as overwhelming and disconcerting as wrestling and the Vachons have always been.
